Services Offered

• Massage

60, 90, or 120 minute sessions. Pricing is the same regardless of relaxation vs treatment intent, as all massages are intentional and catered to the client's individual needs and goals.

• Prenatal massage

Massage for pregnant persons can be extremely relieving, but also requires special consideration and precautions, including extra bolstering, careful positioning, and extra attention to possible contraindications.

• Cupping

Silicon cups can be applied to the skin with a suction force that can provide multiple benefits, from localized increased blood flow to myofascial manipulation. Usually cups will only be used for a portion of a full session. If you are interested, either contact me to enquire or simply ask about them before or during your session.
